What to Expect
This method of energetic clearing is a very deep, intuitive, and highly specialized system of energetic work that is done remotely. Every session must take into account the unique variety of circumstances surrounding each individual property.
Each session is typically 1.5 hours in duration, although it is not uncommon for them to last much longer. There is no predetermined amount of time dedicated to each session, it will proceed for as long as it takes to complete the process. Session fees are charged on a per session basis, never the duration of the session. *Invoices are sent through Square and can be paid for via Square or Zelle®.
A full audio recording of each purchased session will be provided to every client. It will be emailed to the address provided in the Session Request form and is provided at no additional charge. This serves several purposes: First, it provides proof that the session was conducted. Second, it serves as a detailed archive of what is being picked up on energetically at the property. Third, it can serve as potential guidance or instructions; and is not required to be listened to for the session to work.
This work is done fully remote, and Beverly doesn’t ever need to visit or enter the property.

Pricing
1.5 hour Property Clearing Session: $195
The Process
Step 1: Complete and submit a session request.
Step 2: Beverly will contact you for a conversation about your request. This is included in the price and lasts around 15 minutes.
Step 3: A time and date for the session will be scheduled and confirmed during this phone call, an appropriate invoice will be sent to the client, and paid for in advance. *Invoices are sent through Square and can be paid for via Square or Zelle®.
Step 4: Beverly will conduct the session as agreed upon by both parties.
Step 5: You will be notified when Beverly has completed the session. The notification will be in email format with the session recording attached as a receipt of service. Sometimes additional instructions or recommendations are given, and will be attached to the email, as well.
